We are a successful and well-established specialist contractor in the manufacture and installation of security fencing, railings, gates, and noise barriers since 1997.

Due to continuous growth and a strong order book, we are now recruiting for an Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual within a dynamic and market leading company.

This is a great opportunity to work on a well established well run Dairy farm with top class facilities Duties to include in this role but not limited to are,

• Role and Responsibilities: 

  Based at our Head Office Near Trim Co. Meath.

  Preparing and submission of tenders.

  Monthly valuations for ongoing projects, including site visits.

  Contract administration.

  Assisting in operation of day-to-day business.

  Ability to work on own initiative.

  Process driven and strong organisational skills.

  Project management.

  Grow our supply chain.

  Purchasing and ordering materials.

  Cost/ Value reconciliations.

  Skills Required: 

  3rd level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics. Full clean driving licence.

  Commercial awareness.

  Strong work ethic and communication skills.

  Experience in the fencing/civil engineering industry an advantage.
